At Cool Budget, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains how you can return or exchange items you buy from us.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it;
• In its original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories intact;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance;
• Personal care, hygiene and intimate items (for example, opened mosquito nets, used bedding or worn garments);
• Items that have been used, washed or altered;
• Gift cards and digital products.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is different from what you ordered, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return courier cost, at no charge to you.

5. How to Request a Return

Please contact us before sending anything back. Email us at sales@coolbudget.lk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will confirm your request and provide return instructions.

6. Return Shipping

• Change of mind: the return courier cost is borne by the customer.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect items: we cover the return courier cost.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method:

• Card and online payments: within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Cash on delivery or bank transfer: by bank transfer to your nominated account, within 5 to 10 business days.

8. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or product, let us know and we will arrange an exchange where stock is available. Any price difference will be settled between both parties.
